Er im never very good at writing this kind of thing, nor am i good with computers. So why am i writing a blog? hmmmmm Well its part of my method i plan on changing my life. Its a 5 step process
1. Do something challenging mentally - Write a blog
2. Become healthy - Iam dieting and working out 5 times a week i plan to lose 45 lbs
3. Quit smoking day 5 and counting
4. Be much much nicer to my wife - haha she loves this one
5. Write something down every day. - not necceserily my blog , but something about my day a journal if you like.
So that's a a rather skimpy about me i hope it wasn't to boring. :) oh you want a picture mmm ok
this is actually me in college ! i was spinning back then :P
